Opening Ceremony of Cooperative Director Elementary Course in Tay Ninh (December 26, 2017)

On December 26, 2017, the College of Vocation and Training of Southern Cooperative Officials cooperating with Tay Ninh Cooperative Alliance opened the Cooperative Director Elementary Course in Tay Ninh City with the attendance of 46 students who are members of the Board of Directors, officers and members of cooperatives in Tay Ninh province.

The opening ceremony was attended by Mr. Huynh Lam Phuong – Deputy Director of Vietnam Union of Cooperatives in the South and Headmaster of the school, Mr. Ha Trung Dung – Secretary of the Vice Rector of the school, Mrs. Ky Hong Ngoc – Deputy President of Tay Ninh Cooperative Alliance, Mr. Le Bao Dan – Vice President of Tay Ninh Cooperative Alliance.

The Cooperative Director Elementary Course is designed and organized by the College  in accordance with Vocational Education Law No. 74/2014 / QH13, under which the program covers the following subjects: Cooperative Law, Economic Law, School of Management; Negotiation and signing skills; Production Management; Quality Management; Financial management in Cooperative; Developing business plan … with a total time of 480 hours and duration of 6 months.

On the opening day, Mr. Le Phu Thanh, Director of a Cooperative, on behalf of 46 students said that he was really happy to hear that the College of Vocation and Training of Southern Cooperative Officials cooperated with Tay Ninh Cooperative Alliance to open the Cooperative Director Elementary Course in his hometown with the full support of the study fee from the provincial People’s Committee, so he decided to study immediately. Moreover, this is a course that will teach more detail in management skills of the cooperative directors that he was concerned about now.

This class will be held every Friday, Saturday and Sunday at the headquarters of Tay Ninh Cooperative Alliance. At the end of the course, the students who complete the training program will be granted the Certificate of Primary Director of Cooperative in full time training, enough ability to work and run a cooperatives.
